Travel Agents and Tour Operators: As travel agents and tour operators, candidates will be engaged in marketing and selling different tour and travel packages for several domestic and international destinations, taking care of all the necessary obligations related to the tours and travels such as bookings, boarding, lodging, food, and itinerary, etc.
Airline Ticketing Agent: This person is responsible for booking flight tickets and handle reservations for customers. They directly interact with customers, answer their queries about the flight timings, fares, seat availability, etc.
Ground Handling Staff: As a ground handling staff you will welcome and attend to customers before boarding and after landing, providing them information, assisting customers in a wheelchair or who are travelling with infants, checking in luggage, etc.
Cargo Handling Supervisor: The cargo handling supervisors supervise and coordinate the activities of the ground crew in the loading, securing, unloading of baggage. They may also accompany as members of the flight crew in the aircraft and monitor inflight cargo handling.
