Commercial Pilot: The Commercial Pilot can draw an average salary between 1.5 to 2 lakhs (approx.) per month as a fresher. With experience, it increases around 5-6 lakhs (approx.) per month. A commercial pilot after gathering a work experience of 8-10 years can become a flight Instructor.

Aeronautical Engineers: The average starting salary for this position is around 3-5 lakhs annually which increases with experience.

Ground Staff, Cabin Crew: The starting salaries for these positions is around 4 – 6 lakhs per annum in India.

Air Hostess: They usually earn between INR 20,000 to 35,000(approx.) per month flying with domestic airlines while with International airlines they can earn around INR 80,000.

Airport Manager, Airport Administrator, Airport Staff Manager and Safety Officer: The average starting salaries of these positions are approximately 3-6 lakhs per annum.

Air Traffic Controller, Ground Operations staff, Cargo management Staff, Ticketing Staff: The average salary of these positions are between 2 to 4 lakhs per annum.
